My retreats are all about the practice of yoga and the practice of food. It’s a personal thing. I love great food. I love enjoying a meal with family and friends that goes on for hours. I love being surprised by something new, something I’ve never seen or tasted before. I like simple. Something so ridiculously simple and fresh that it blows my mind with how delicious it is.
