Tracye Warfield puts the play in yoga and yummy food. Tracye began practicing yoga in 1999, when she first hobbled onto the mat after a long and achy marathon. Ten years later, she walked away from a successful career in corporate America to start living the life she was meant to live. Currently, she teaches Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Hatha, and Pilates in studio classes, workshops, online, with private clients, and at her bytracye yoga.yummy food retreats throughout the U.S. and internationally. Tracye has also been a featured co-host for the 2013 and 2014 Solstice in Times Square Athleta “Mind Over Madness” Yoga event in New York City.
She received her 200-hour registered yoga teacher certificate at Yoga Sutra Studio and her Pilates Mat certificate at Equinox in New York City. And, as a teacher, Tracye brings a rich knowledge of the yogic traditions, mixed with a heaping spoonful of originality, zest, and humor.
For Tracye, yoga and yummy food are a natural pairing. They both inspire communion, rejoicing, and family. Her cooking credentials come straight from the experts—mom, dad, friends, family, and the world community. In 2004, she wrote and published her first cookbook, Experience Dinner -Recipes by Tracye Warfield . As a private chef (or “really great cook”) for clients throughout the New York area, Tracye is known for her signature cool, easy, organic, and healthy recipes.
