A little break in Sedona, Arizona

I took a much needed, all to quick break after fantastic bytracye yoga.yummy food retreat haven Costa Rica (Blog + pics to come!) and headed to majestic Sedona, AZ last week with Bruce Almighty for our friends’ wedding, a visit with family and friends, and some much needed rest. Honestly, I can’t say that I got much rest, but I did have a great time!

I’m back in New York now and feeling even more grateful, loved, loving, recharged, and ready to offer up some more light. So, stay tuned! September is National Yoga Month and I’ll be on the mat with a few new classes and workshops. Also, look forward to a few fall recipes and goodies to help you ease into the new, much cooler (nice way of saying cold)season.

Here’s to rest (well, sort of!).
